Turkish restaurant ZaRa to make its Manhattan Debut

Alpina Healthcare has signed a 15-year lease for its first Manhattan location.

The medical-services provider will occupy a 3,300-square-foot, ground-floor space at 449 E. 58th St. in Sutton Place. The location is expected to open later this year. Advanced Vascular Care previously occupied the space.

Asking rent was $69 per square foot.

Isa Realty Group’s Louis Franco, Dylan McCullough and Jack Hurley represented both Alpina Healthcare and landlord The Sovereign in the deal.

Alpina has 14 other locations across the five boroughs.

“It is right off the bridge, so it is easy to access from other facilities,” Hurley said.

McCullough said in a statement: "Alpina Healthcare's expansion to 449 E. 58th St. places them blocks away from world-renowned hospitals. This location will allow them to seamlessly serve both the local community and the broader medical ecosystem of New York City.”
