Joseph Isa, Principal and co-founder of IRG (Isa Realty Group), is a seasoned professional in the retail real estate industry. Joseph worked in several commercial brokerage houses over his 25+ year career, both in New York and nationally, before launching IRG in NYC in 2014. As the chief executive officer, he sets the strategy and direction, leads partners, brokers, and staff, and works directly with clients to meet all their commercial real estate needs. Key services include tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, office space leasing, and strategic consulting.

With a deep understanding of New York City’s dynamic retail market, Joseph has supported retailers in identifying and securing their ideal locations in virtually every neighborhood of the city. He brings extensive experience in prominent areas such as Times Square, Midtown Manhattan, Fifth Avenue, Flatiron District, Union Square, Financial District, the Village, Upper East and Upper West Sides, NoHo, and SoHo.

He has also successfully guided retailers in pioneering new and emerging neighborhoods, including Nolita, Harlem, and the Meatpacking District, helping them capitalize on growth opportunities. Over the course of his career, he’s closed over $1B in gross retail lease value, leased or sold 5M+ sq ft in retail and office space, and represented 500+ clients large and small.

Joseph is regularly recognized for his work in publications such as Crain’s Business, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, and the New York Post. His team leadership is also recognized with several brokers from IRG nominated for New York Real Estate Brokers “Rising Stars”

Originally from Providence RI, Joseph has lived and worked in New York, Boston, Chicago and several other Eastern and Southern US markets.

Louis Franco, a partner at IRG (Isa Realty Group), has been an integral part of the company since its establishment in 2014. A seasoned professional with a firm focus on retail redevelopment and leasing, Louis has been pivotal in expanding IRG's footprint throughout New York City.

Over the years, Louis has demonstrated his expertise and understanding of the retail landscape through the successful leasing of numerous projects in and around Manhattan. His impressive client portfolio attests to his ability to deliver results, no matter the complexity or scale of the project.
